I visited New Orleans many years ago, and while I was just exploring different neighborhoods I came across this beautiful old cement wall and thought it would make a wonderful background for a bold flower arrangement.  I took several pictures and filed the pictures away.  When I found the pictures again, I decided to use the bright red/orange poppies that I had also taken pictures of a few years ago. I think the combination of the 2 makes a very powerful statement.
