I think peonies are the most beautiful flower that God made.  It is a regal and dynamic creation and sadly, only bloom for a few weeks every year.  I painted this grouping, after reviewing hundreds of pictures I took at a peony farm here in Washington State. This specific picture just  said "paint me"!
