The sketches that are shown were done in Conti' pencil. I sketched my friend's darling little boy as an angel and have since had many commissions for other clients using the same medium -- including "Joe" another commission piece. The "Antique Doll with Iris" painting has been the recipient of several awards, including "Best of Show" at the International Women Artists of the West exhibition in Biloxi, MS. and earned the Honorable Mention category in the " Best Art of the Year 1997" issue of Artist's Magazine.
